Chestfield Lodge offered a solid blend of comfort and convenience during my recent stay in England. Upon arrival, our host warmly welcomed us, guiding us through the impeccably clean house. The shared kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and utensils, allowing for easy meal prep. An added bonus was the thoughtful breakfast supplies left for our enjoyment. I stayed in the petite room, which felt snug and tidy, featuring comfortable bedding and a flat-screen TV—perfect for binge-watching Netflix after a long day of sightseeing. The living room came equipped with a pool table, providing a fun spot to unwind. Free Wi-Fi was a major plus, making it easy to stay connected. The bathrooms were sufficiently stocked with free toiletries, and I appreciated the overall cleanliness of the space. Although I initially booked for three nights, I extended my stay to four due to the lodge's inviting atmosphere. The experience was hospitable yet straightforward, making it a worthwhile choice without any excessive frills. I'd recommend Chestfield Lodge for anyone seeking a practical and enjoyable getaway, balancing both comfort and affordability. I'll definitely be back!
